New construction of a four-unit upscale condo building in Point Loma. Units ranging in sizes from 1750 to 2100 s.f., featuring spacious floor plans and private roof decks with unobstructed views of the San Diego downtown and the Harbor.

26-twinhome subdivision in El Cajon on 2.4 acre in-fill lot. Three floor plans with pricing that fits first time home buyers and investors. Currently in grading and underground stages, construction to start by the end of 2018 and the project to be completed by the end of 2019.
