Seven-home subdivision in Eastern part of El Cajon was completed over 2 year period, and included construction of the entire project infrastructure (roads, utilities, curb and gutter, retaining and CMU walls, stormwater, etc.) as well as the construction of the homes themselves. The project featured three distinct models, and all homes were sold much higher than the average sales price per sq.ft. in the area at that time.
