This was a fun project. We took down an old single family home in Point Loma, and build a beautiful four-unit building on this in-fill lot.
The project took a little over a year. Each unit features 2 bedrooms, a spacious loft, 2 full baths and two half baths, nice living and kitchen areas with modern finishes, individual two-car garages and private roof decks with stunning views of the Harbor, San Diego downtown, Coronado Bridge and miles of vistas.
