1st Street Condos - El Cajon
CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION: 40-unit development in the heart of El Cajon. The project will feature 28 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units with pricing starting from mid-400s. Sales expected to start in the Spring of 2024 (once the DRE allows to start taking reservations), and the project is scheduled to be completed by the Fall of 2024. More updates are coming soon.
Ramona Trails
New 10-home subdivision is coming to Ramona. The site is already graded and ready to start vertical construction. First six homes ranging from 1650 to 1820 s.f. are expected to hit the market by the summer of 2024 with pricing starting in mid-700s. Interest list will start forming in February/March of 2024. No HOA, no Mello Rus. Close to downtown Ramona but nice a quiet location.
San Marcos view lots
12 home subdivision is in the early approval stages in San Marcos. The subdivision will feature one and two-story homes between 2200 and 3000 s.f. with prices ranging from $995,000 to 1.4 mln. Greta Hill Estates
Seven Home subdivision on a hill side of East El Cajon. The project involved a construction of the entire cul-de-sac with all wet and dry utilities, road, lights, block walls, and construction of seven beautiful homes, featuring three different models ranging from 2500 s.f. to 3000 s.f. All homes sold above the highest price per s.f. in the area.
Hugo Bay Townhomes
New construction of a four-unit upscale condo building in Point Loma. Units ranging in sizes from 1750 to 2100 s.f., featuring spacious floor plans and private roof decks with unobstructed views of the San Diego downtown and the Harbor.
Rocky Hill Pointe
26-twinhome subdivision in El Cajon on 2.4 acre in-fill lot. Three floor plans with pricing that fits first time home buyers and investors. The project has been completed in 2023
