This new subdivision of 26 twin-homes became a welcome addition to El Cajon community. The project started in 2015, and after a long path of navigating various agency approvals, it finally started construction in 2019. 2-story homes feature spacious floorplans with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths, 2 car garage, well-appointed living areas, and a cozy back yard.
